What is our greatest strength as a team???

I was just wondering what you guys thought about this. I would have to say that having interchangeable players is our greatest strength. Chillz-JJ-marvin-Smoove-Horford (to a certain degree) are pretty much interchangeable among themselves and several positions. We don't lose anything in bringing in Chillz for JJ or sliding Marv to the 4 for Smoove.
