The Atlanta Hawks (19-24) continue a brief homestand against the 76ers tonight. Philadelphia (18-29) is coming off a 2 point loss to Orlando. Both teams score and allow virtually the same amount of points. The Hawks are 13-9 at home. The Sixers are 4-6 over their last 10 games while the Hawks are 3-7 over that same stretch. This game means a little more to the Hawks as they are still in the Eastern Conference Playoff hunt.

Last time we beat the Sixers, they fired their GM the next day, who also had the initials BK. Can we flip that this time?

Since the ATL Spirit is still in control, we might as well try and win this one.

Looking at the box score from the earlier meeting...

Acie went 0-8, but had 5 boards and 5 assists.

Horford had a double-double.

Smoove had 22/7/6/4.

The thing that sticks out from that game...26 assists, 12 TOs.

Move the ball, get easy buckets in transition, etc., etc.

...and get Smoove to do this again.

you just opened my eyes to a whole new realm of the ajc sports section. How do you get there from the regualr sports pages?

That kind of felt like going into Malkovich's head via the half floor portal.

It's something I came across once and haven't been able to find a link to it again.

I put it in my favorites. I suggest you do the same!
