He should get about 10-11 million per year I would think.

That is what i think. I would be fine with $12 million/yr too. More than that is a reach.

He is already very productive and it would only take some minor improvements (abandoning long range shots, less crazy passes, boxing out) would make him a legit All-Star candidate.

But he is not there yet so they Hawks could resign him to a fairly reasonable contract.

Also it should be kept in mind that the new TV deal goes into effect next year which will increase revenues.
