2 wins and everybody starts creaming all over themselves. To get better they must trade Bibby and Marvin and offer Josh Smith an 8 million or so contract and no more. If they cap themselves out on a really good role player they will not get better. There is alot more work to get done to becoming a good team.

Josh Smith is worth more than 8mill but the hawks should pay no more than 10.5mil. A 6yr $63mil would be an ideal contract for him. Bibby and Marvin needs to be traded if they can't get their act together.
