What Sund is walking into

Since trading seems to be Sund's strength, hiring him is certainly well timed. I hope he can "tweak" the roster, as he said, to even out the skill-sets and move this team much closer to 50 wins next season. Staying pat probably gets us 40-42 wins next seaon. The right, but not radical, moves gets us over the 45 mark. I know that doesn't sound like much but it gets us into much better playoff seeds, which must be the goal of the upcomming season, e.g. the 6th or better seed.

Here is sort of how I will judge the offseason (this is not writen in stone):

If Sund can move Childress or even Marv for a shooter and/or big then, its good offseason.

Its a good offseason if Woodson is resplaced with a more competant HC.

Its a very good offseason if both of those moves are made.
