Xbox 360 Game Suggestions

I'm just wondering what games you guys would suggest I purchase next. I will list them from the most to the least played, and I will BOLD the games that I have finished.

NBA 2k8

GTA IV

Assassin's Creed

Lost Odyssey

Forza Motosport 2

Madden 2006

Marvel Ultimate Alliance

Mass Effect

I kinda want to buy a baseball game, but I'm not a big fan of the 2k baseball games. I play A LOT of NBA 2k8, and I'm play GTA IV in random amounts. Assassin's Creed I got quickly bored with. Anyways, just wondering what you guys think is a 'must-have'. I'm NOT into shooter games right now, so please don't suggest those kind of games. Thanks.
