Doesnt he get hurt alot? I dont mind a lunch pail guy but I would like one who could rebound better. I know we wont have much cap room so this may be the best we get I realize that.

Yuck. I rather the Hawks sign a veteran who can add some toughness to the frontline. I think a Brian Skinner type would be best case scenario given the Hawks limited cap space.

Melvin Ely has not been mentioned, but he's the opposite of the white guy, has character issues, not the hardest worker, etc. But he'll probably be cheap.

My first choice would be Elson. maybe he'd come here withe the promise of PT.
