Eh, not sure what's up with that. When I click it, nothing happens. But just click on 'Hawksquawk' right under it to get directed to the Board Index, which is what you wanted to do, right?

"Forums" in the gray bar up top is a drop down menu, it won't do anything if you click on it. Click on the word "Hawksquawk" below it to get to the main forum index. To get to the homepage, click on "Home" next to forums in the gray bar up top.
