This really hurts. Right when they help sure up the run defense with Grady Jackson we lose are nickle back and CB with the most expierence.

Is Ty Law still available ? Any other FA CBs still out their ?

Could J. Horn get us a veteran CB in a trade ? Probably not but who knows ?

I believe he was meant to become our second cornerback, not nickel. And Chevis Jackson will be capable of starting for us. We're playing a Cover 2, so our cornerbacks will get plenty of help from the rest of the defense. Don't panic. I'd like to see what Irons, Grimes, Harris, and Fontenot bring to the table to fight for that nickelback position.

Emmit Thomas was real high on Brent Grimes. If he shows some big improvements, he could be the starter. At worse, I think he'll get some time as the nickelback.
