Premium Member Diesel Posted November 13, 2008 Premium Member Report Share Posted November 13, 2008 I gotta give Props to Marvin. He has become our three point specialist! I think he has good chemistry with JJ and Mo... When we put Marvin, JJ, Flip, Mo, and Bibby on the floor together, we're a dangerous squad!!! Premium Member mrhonline Posted November 13, 2008 Premium Member Report Share Posted November 13, 2008 Also the best defender of both Pierce and Garnett, I thought. It would've been nice to have Smith on Garnett and Marvin on Pierce for most of the game...

Admin
Picture Sanford and Son where Redd Foxx talks about it being the big one and grabbing his heart. That's me about 2 minutes ago when I read this thread. Way to go Diesel I'm very proud of you!!! Oh and this thread has to be pinned for all the world to see. :)

Sure... yeah, he defended better than those guys.. but then again, I have a chair in my living room that's better than those guys.

Solomon wasn't terrible, at least. (Morris has some major work to do). Still, Marvin is clearly a SF, so his being able to man up on D is going to help at times. I just wish he'd rebound better. exodus
I think this could cause a traumatic rip in the space/time continuum, putting life as we know it at risk. Please delete this thread immediately to save us all.

High5
Nice for you to be honest about Marvin for once. I doubted his ability to shoot the three myself, but by divine intervention or something he has been damn near automatic. I think he may have more made 3's in these first six games than he even attempted all last year. It blows my mind how someone can make such a leap over one off season. Hopefully it's no fluke and he keeps shooting with confidence.
atlien
Yeah, but I bet Yi SCHOOLED that chair! LOL well played. Marvin is starting to be just what we need at the 3.
crimedog
Usually when D does the Bill O'Reilly "my opinion is so important that it needs its own forum" thing I just chuckle. This though, this is for real. I 100% didn't think you had it in you, or at least if you did you'd never admit it.
