that we seem to have better offensive flow without Smoove in the lineup. I am not saying we need to trade him but Woody may need to limit his shots to about 6 a game and have him just focus on defense. LOL

Hadn't noticed that and I'm not sure we've played enough to see a trend. NO was an ugly game and we struggled. Celtics really put the defense on us. I wonder if it has more to do with Flip and Mo than the absence of Smoove.

Might be instructive to look at the games themselves.

The Toronto game, we had hot shooting from the get-go, including when Josh was in.

The OKC game we had terrible shooting.

The Chicago game we legitimately beat them, but their frontcourt can't stop anything.

The Cs game we hit 60% from deep.

I think that the biggest difference has been Mike Bibby knocking down his jumpers after having a horrible starting stretch.

As I mentioned in the other thread, I think our 3 point shooting %s as a team are higher than they will be for the season and I think our opponent %s from that range are lower than they will be. 3pt Shooting % is a fluky stat from game to game.
