He was a backup QB in U.S.C. I beileve he backed up Leinart. His first career start was this year. It was his first start since high school.

I can believe it. He has the Patriot O Line to play behind. Plus, he seems to be a player.

Umm, yeah I got to see the whole performance. He's actually a pretty damn solid QB and he's going to get a nice payday (similar to Matt Schaub) this offseason by somebody.

Cassell has been improving over the course of the season, no doubt. It doesn't hurt having the Pat's o-line, Randy Moss & Welker, and Belicheck in your corner either, though!

Two 400 yards passing game is pretty impressive (and it's back to back). Not even Brady have two 400 yards passing game in his entire NFL career.

And Carson Palmer before that. He just never got a shot there. Personally, It doesn't shock me. I thought they would still win 11 or 12 games without Brady. They are well prepared up there. The qb is just another piece of the machine. The line is amazing. As a qb, you play a totally different game with that line, Welker and Moss. It's almost unfair to compare a NE qb's success with that of another team's qb.
