If anyone know anything about this, can you please help me?

I'm trying to download a skin onto an IPBFree forum for my classmates to talk sports in. Except I have no idea how to do it. There's a spreadsheet, a macro (.txt file) and wrappers or whatever it's called in the folder that I downloaded.

If anyone know how to do this please help.
