bibby is not a scorer,he's a shooter. Jumpers is the ONLY way he can score,he's a 1 trick pony. Marvin can score in different ways. if Bibby's jumper isn't falling he's useless and can't put the ball through the hoop.

He cant drive?? you cant be serious, he attacks the basket more than anyone else on the team. Who here finishes inside on our team. Not JJ, not Smoove, and certainly not Bibby.

JJ and Marvin finish inside about the same, which is about 4 ppg. Marvin is TERRIBLE at finishing inside, he almost always gets blocked or stripped. Smith is by FAR the best at driving, as shown by his 7.2 ppg in the paint at a better percentage than the other 2.

Marvin has the second best range behind JJ..

Actually Bibby is the much better three point shooter in terms of threes made and higher percentage.

haha, yeah. I thought that was funny... there are stats that are kept for this sort of thing... especially 3pt. shooting.

Anyway, I think Marv has an ideal 3rd option skillset.

His offensive game is best utilized playing off another guy. Marv doesn't really have the skillset to draw doubles as his handles aren't advanced enough and he isn't enough of a post-player. On the other hand, he can hit the J or a beat a guy closing out and then nail his foul shots which makes him excellent for playing off other guys.

He's hard to iso though.

As far as second guy on this team. Bibby has been nasty, he can create his own shot and catch and shoot. Smith has also been very effective lately, his shooting % on the season is up to 48% which is a career high.
