No Marvin, no problem? Hawks' road test against Cavs is barometer...

The Hawks are averaging 87.6 ppg over their last 5 games. They are 8-6 since Marvin got hurt.

So what is your barometer telling you now?

Flip to start. More Mario West. And fewer minutes for Bibby (ala Iverson)...

GM Sund needed to do his job and help get another veteran big man...

My thoughts about Marvin hasn't changed... an upgrade at the SF position is needed!

The 87.6 ppg is a good stat to bring up here, but not the 8-6 record. We've just come through one of the hardest stretches of basketball all year. Yes we've looked like crap, but it isn't all because of Marvin being out.

We've played Boston twice without Garnett and his backup. they had to start their 3rd string PF.

When we played Philly Thad Young ( who averaged over 20 ppg in march shooting 54%) got hurt early in the game and doesn't return.

We played the Spurs without Duncan and with a hobbled Manu who barely played, scoring 2 pts on 1-7 shooting.

We played Dallas without two starters, Howard and Dampier.

The schedule wasn't nearly as hard as it looks on paper.
