Time Warner ended up selling to the Colorodo based corporation b/c they did some type of creative stock exchange that saved millions in federal taxes. Its been a couple of years so I really do not remember the details. This is correct. Liberty Media has to keep the team 3-4 years and then they can sell. Blank has said several times in radio interviews that baseball is his true passion and that he would love to own the Braves.
