I'm reading as a "call out" to all the Miami bigs. I think Wade is saying Zaza is outworking the Heat. As far as feeling it on "O" boards, Wade is telling his boys to get a body on him and rough him up, be aggressive.

I am having a hard time thinking of someone who works harder on the floor for boards than Zaza does in this league. He is definitely a hard worker down low, Miami has a bunch of lazy bigs.
