I think all in the top 5 are capable of winning 62+ games. The bottom 5 should win at least 50 games.

I'd say that is pretty accurate. Although, I would have N.O. right above us. I think we are BARELY a top 10 team right now. If we can get some decent big men with length and rebounding prowess, we could inch up a spot or two. If Horford, Marvin, and Smith can take that next step in a hurry, we could be top 5-7.

The Hawks are better than the Mavs and the Blazers and equal to the Nuggets. The Celtics might drop out of the top 5 this season due to age so there is a possibility that the Hawks will be in the top 5 next year
