It's been YEARS since I've bought a Slam mag. I use to be a pretty avid collector of them, but got away from it as I got older and as the internet began to take over. I gotta find this magazine!

When I was in middle school I used to tear out the little SLAM posters that were in the mag and tape them all over my locker and my room. Those were the good 'ol days :headphones:

I don't think they let people smile for the cover of Slam Magazine. :)

Hard to believe it's never been a Hawk on the cover, then again we've kind of never been taken seriously. I remember the articles they used to have where would we be in the same conversation as the Clippers.

Always about the Hawks and the Clippers. Like this one article about a guy who voted for Iverson for MVP over Shaq. He said you take Shaq off the Lakers you still have a team that could potentially make the playoffs, you take Iverson off the Sixers you have the Hawks or the Clippers.
