Premium Member Diesel Posted April 21, 2011 Premium Member Report Share Posted April 21, 2011 (edited) Dwight Howard has aggrevated a shoulder injury in the 2nd half of game 2. According to various sources, Dwight has been working with a trainer to lessen the pain of arthritis in his right shoulder. LD's plan is working..... Howard has been calling for the ball so much in the post that he has aggravated the muscles in his shoulder. GM Rick Sund was seen rubbing his hands after game 2 saying "the Howard rules are working... It's only a matter of time !" LD is a genius. Bawse
We should have just kept this starting lineup all season long.
Premium Member niremetal Posted April 21, 2011 Premium Member Report Share Posted April 21, 2011 Howard spent time with a trainer before the start of the second half having an ointment rubbed into his right shoulder. A-ha! He's using the cream! That explains it! :stirthepot:

TheNorthCydeRises
LOL . . yeah. Sly and Drew should NOT be used in the same sentence. Nice thread though. Although that shoulder won't prevent him from rebounding, even if he does get less touches.

sasuke
Any average basketball fan can come up with that "plan". Don't know why so much credit to our balls-less coach. The day this team stops shooting so much & start working on the paint I'll give him props.
Premium Member Diesel Posted April 22, 2011 Author Premium Member Report Share Posted April 22, 2011 Actually, this started out as a Joke... you know Dwight Howard hurts his shoulder calling for the ball in the post. Part of LD's master plan was that he would have his arm up so much that he would tear a rotator cuff. ... However, too many of you guys took this way too seriously. My thought is that you must have read the title and went from there???
Moderators macdaddy Posted April 22, 2011 Moderators Report Share Posted April 22, 2011 I enjoyed the joke and also learned a lot. I knew Woody was eyebrows-less but had no idea the LD was balls-less.
