It has been reported and said of Josh's dissatisfaction with the team. Perhaps even wanting or welcoming a trade. Alex, forget about trading him. I suggest you have a "sit down" with him and explain the necessities of the champion.

Take Luca with you. Impress him about your wants and desires witht the team and him.

Short of this do not trade Josh. When you have a premier talent allow it to do what it does. Understand as polarizing he may be he is also the most popular player on the team, the face of the team, the HEART of the team. Not to mention if traded there is no hope at ... the next superstar.
