Zaza was "The Man" against Howard

Sometimes we complain. Not just about one player on the Hawks. No one

is exempt. Every player on the roster gets their fair share.

Then, sometimes that player we complain about comes thru for us. Josh did

last night. Then JJ, when he had such a low scoring night, came thru big time

when we went into overtime.

What has happened to Rad Man? He's down right now. The "new" center who

is almost as old as dirt came in and looked good in his brief stay on the floor.

Didn't shoot but did grab two rebounds in his couple of minutes.

Ivan J. came in for a few short stays and made the "Did you see that!" shot for an

"and one" attempt.

Thru all this, who was staying on the floor for the Hawks and somehow getting his

job done? Zaza.

Without the play of a lot of different Hawks, we would not have won. Zaza sure did

his part, I thought. We complain about him enought. Time for an "Atta boy!" for Zaza.

Not to mention Marvin's 3 pointer before the half - which could well have been the difference between winning and losing, since the final margin was 2 points.

ZaZa did a good job. He maned up. Dwight had good numbers, but his impact wasn't all that great for the most part.

Zaza has been playing very smart basketball this season. Love seeing him play at a high level (for him). Liking the effort.

He is probably the best acquisition the Hawks have made over the last ten years. Got him for a reasonable deal and he

has been steady ever since.
