Admin capstone21 Posted November 13, 2012 Admin Report Share Posted November 13, 2012 Good to see we beat a talented but young teamTeague missed his first free throw which is too bad
PaceRam
Just looked at the Hawks/Blazers stats and saw that the Hawks held the Blazers to 36% FG shooting for the game. That is pretty impressive!
Premium Member BrazilianHawk Posted November 13, 2012 Premium Member Report Share Posted November 13, 2012 Well they almost choked, but a W is a W. GO HAWKS.
DrReality
Early in season, on the road and a team that is still learning to play together. Huge. Hope we can build on it
MQDnATL01
Great win. Just saw the hi lights on nbatv since I missed the game. Hawks bench out scored Portland bench and had more fast break points, glad to see the hawks pushing the ball. My only ptoblem is Jj Hickson had 19pts and a field day on the glass. Hawks gotta close up that paint. Other then that, great road win.
Randy
I keep trying to remember why we didn't pick up Hickson when he was put on waivers last year. Good win, though.
jvell
In the past we would lose these games. Good win!
TheNorthCydeRises
In the past we would lose these games. Good win! No we wouldn't. Portland is a talented, but inconsistent young team with absolutely no bench. We usually take care of those types of teams, even if we struggle a little with them ( like we did tonight ). It's the mediocre to good teams we tend to lose to more than we beat. And that pattern hasn't changed much this year.
