Colin
We aren't utilizing him on offense, and his style doesn't fit in with the team's defensive scheme. He is a top-tier backup center in the league, and it is time to get value out of him. His usage percentage is embarrassing, and we aren't utilizing his offensive (awkward) potential. Time to get a pick or a different big out of his value.
MrMeltdown
I think it is time to trade half of the team unless you have some real knowledge that Paul and or Howard is coming.
Popular Post HalfHawk
Wait, trade who...? Are you sane? The trade alone would be enough to send half the board into deep depression, but the actual sight of Zaza in another uniform might kill a handful of us. Zaza will retire a Hawk, take this blasphemy elsewhere.

tbhawksfan
Take away the head-butt and Zaza wouldn't even merit a second thought. As a back up C on a good contract, he has value. For the Hawks benefit his expiring has more
Alex
No reason to trade Zaza. Unless you plan on completely clearing house and starting over from scratch.
DrReality
I think he's slowed down and the offense has sped up. Need another mobile big

Waiting for the last minute is a reciepe for no trade and we tried.
TheNorthCydeRises
This should definitely be Zaza's last year as a Hawk, if we're really serious about getting to the next level. There are plenty of big men out there that would be an instant upgrade over Zaza.

itsslomotionbaby
ive been saying this for years, why is it we cant get the evans & the blanchs off the nets or aresma that used to play for the celtics. im not asking for a howard, somebody second tier that can score garbage baskets. i love zazas efforts .we had him so long. its like he is one of the heart & soul of the hawks (like the mutt you purchased at the pound that was expendable but now b/c he is part of the family you will spend 500 dlrs. at the vet to save his life)
hawkrule152
Zaza has offensive capability??And we need his rebounding so trading him would be a bad move imo.

Premium Member Jody23 Posted December 29, 2012 Premium Member Report Share Posted December 29, 2012 Who is available that's a better rebounder than ZaZa? You trade him and you'll see how atrocious we can be on the boards. Furthermore, ZaZa is the only legit center on the roster that gets meaningful minutes. I'll pass on trading just for the sake of acquring more players that makes us even more undersized.
