I wouldn't count on him having a 6 figure salary next season.

Probably not but he's about in his mid 30's isn't he? He's far from a spring chicken and I could see a vet minimum contract coming his way again next year if the free agent money dries up quick.

Next season will be his age 33 season and he is coming off his career best season. He could get crunched in the market like he did last year but I tend to think he'll make $2-3M given both his good season and his good post-season. (Last year, he had a terrible post-season which depressed demand for him in the market and he got squeezed out.)

I would sign him up for a minimum vet contract in a NY minute (assuming we are trying to compete).
