Guest
Why would Chris Paul leave money on the table unless he is forming his "Super" team with Dwight.
frankthetank966
Splitter only does well because he plays for Popovich. $10 mm for him is absolutely crazy. You thought the JJ deal was bad, that's much much worse.
Moderators PSSSHHHRRR87 Posted May 28, 2013 Moderators Report Share Posted May 28, 2013 People keep overrating Splitter... He isn't worth that much and as frank said, his play has to do with the system he is in. There are only 4 centers in this FAcy class that worth looking at for our starting gig. Guest
Why don't you read the stickied thread at the top of homecourt before you post another stupid thread? Emphasis on stupid because this has to be the dumbest offseason plan I have read today.

You thought the JJ deal was bad, that's much much worse. Splitter is a solid player, who can surely average 10 boards, but he doesn't have an offensive repertoire to average 17... He's basically excellent back-up/decent starter, not worthy more than 7 mil/per...

JTB
Why would Chris Paul leave money on the table unless he is forming his "Super" team with Dwight.Exactly! If you don't get Paul you don't get Howard! If you don't get Howard you don't get Paul!....there is no such thing as "maybe we can get one of them" UNLESS Howard is really that crazy about teaming up with Smith and I know they are best buds but I don't think Howard cares too much about josh at this point. If all we have is horford to offer to play beside font expect any stars....and that's not because horford isn't good because he's great but in these new times we live in its clear that in today's NBA stars want to play with stars....players have made that obvious. Admin capstone21 Posted May 28, 2013 Admin Report Share Posted May 28, 2013 No Paul.....No HowardHonestly I don't think it would happen but getting Paul is not the only factor to get Howard....but I do believe there is no way Paul will sign here w/o Dwight.
