Don Samuel's one of our criminal defense All-Stars in town. If there's one abundant resource in this town, it's defense attorneys. Sounds like he's working on some kind of encephalopathy defense to minimize the penalties if Mookie pleads guilty. Not exactly a long list of hoopers with CTE, but then again only a special few have had to catch Mutombo's elbows in practice on a routine basis.
