Hint from Hawks.com

On Hawks.com, they have pictures of Lou and AL. Last year, they had Smoove's picture up during his FAcy. Does this mean that there will be no Josh or Teague on the next Hawks team?

As for something else not to read too much into regarding upcoming free agents, it was Zaza's turn to appear at the Dream game last Friday night. Here he is with Deke and company:

And here's Dahntay at the Hawks' kids hoops camp yesterday.

Joe Johnson was on there when he was still a free agent back in 2010. They never took his pic off the site.

Smith HAS to be gone, if you want a shot at Paul and Dwight. No other way around it.

The thing is, if he isn't gone, will Smith accept a 2nd or even a 3rd option in the offense? If the answer to that question is NO, then you have to let him go regardless of who we bring in.

And if other free agents who are still technically still under contract with the Hawks until July 1st are doing various things "Hawk related", why isn't Smith doing these same things?

Oh, that's easy!

Zaza and Dahntay don't have to deal with the media spotlight at WNBA games or pesky little kids with camera phones asking if they intend to be back playing here next autumn... alongside their multi-million-dollar best friend. The toughest question Zaza will face at courtside is, "do you think the Hawks will have you back?" The toughest question Dahntay will face from a camper is, "So, why did you try to kill Kobe?" Both are softball questions compared to what Joshua will have to deal with.

On a franchise where even an ex-player from the 1990s is getting them in tampering trouble, Smoove staying away from the spotlight and feeling obligated to answer questions is actually doing them a favor. Even a "no comment" comment by Smoove about the Hawks plans for him in free agency will flood the Bleacher Reports and forum boards with "He DOESN'T KNOW! He's a goner! Or maybe he KNOWS... but DOESN'T WANT TO SAY! He's a goner!" Any comment even remotely suggesting his confidence in negotiating an offer with Atlanta will cause unnecessary pitchfork riots on Marietta Street.

If DeShawn or Ivan or Devin or Johan wanted to hang around town and make appearances on behalf of the team, great! But just like Smoove's absence doesn't equal "he's a goner," their presence (or Smoove's presence) doesn't equal "they're back for sure."

I think you all are reading too much into it. Teague and Josh are both free agents. They're not going to put their pics on Hawks.com

I repeat, Josh's pic was on there (on the left) earlier in the week.

@ATLHawks: Can you tell us whose eyes are whose?

"I see free agent people."

If they were truly trying to remove Smoove from their media graphics, they're not exactly doing the best job of it.

I think Howard and Al would compliment each other really well... I would hope we wouldn't trade Al to try and pair up Josh and Dwight. Outside of shot blocking, I don't like that combo that much.

I was laughing that Zaza's "eyes" were bigger than everyone else's while scrolling down but then Anthony "the Raccoon" Tolliver's mug showed up.

What about whining? I'm pretty sure they'd lead the league in that.

PG:Chris Paul

SG:Klay Thompson

SF:Jimmy Butler or Lenoard

PF:Al Horford

C:Dwight Howard

I'd love to roll out a line up like that.

I'd love a threesome with Erin Heatherton and Taylor Cole too but I don't see that as any more likely than the lineup you just listed.
