coachx
The Perfect Balance III selects Mario Chalmers as their 12th man. At 27 he has loads of championship experience. From his game winning 3 pointer in the NCAA Championship, for Kansas, to his recent Finals experience with the Miami Heat. Chalmers is a steady 3 point sniper at the PG position. Last year he shot better then 40% from 3 point range. He is also experienced with how to play off star players while being effective in a defined role. Just in case you get an injury every teams needs a 3rd PG. Its much easier for a PG to play a little SG then it is for a SG to try to play PG. Plus, on this team both Lillard and Knight have the length and atheltic ability to play some SG if needed. Damian Lillard - PGJoe Johnson - SG/SFKobe Bryant - SG/SFAnthony Davis - PFNicolas Pekovic - CCarlos Boozer - PFBrandon Knight - PGOtto Porter - SFTayshaun Prince - SFKosta Koufas - CGorgui Deng - CMario Chalmers - PG LW3 is being PM'd. Moderators PSSSHHHRRR87 Posted July 19, 2013 Moderators Report Share Posted July 19, 2013 I'd be happy if VC became a Hawk. Come in and be our SF except when we play Carmelo, Durant, or LeBron. In those cases, we just give... uhhhh... the Hawks recent SF signing the start and bring in VC at shooting guard to split minutes defending Smith, Sefolousha, or Wade with Korver. Would add a little excitement to the Hawks season too. All of these names from yesteryear on the Hawks... Just like old times. Should bring back Tracy and go 2001 on everyone. lol

Moderators lethalweapon3 Posted July 19, 2013 Moderators Report Share Posted July 19, 2013 (edited) With the 201st pick in the 2013 Summer-Autumn Dynasty (SAD) Draft, the Lethal Injections select:(sorry, can’t decide on a pick pic, so you get both of ‘em) Jerome McKinley Henderson, Jr. (somehow, they get Gerald Henderson outta that, go figure),Shooting Guard/Small Forward, 6’5”, 215 lbs. Quick, and no Googling, what’s the second-best TV drama on NBC? Being second-best on a bad, unwatchable lineup can subject you to being easily forgotten about in the big picture. Just like Chicago Fire, and just like Gerald Henderson, the best two-way player on a rotten Charlotte team that managed to triple their victory total last season despite winning just 21 games. Second-best on the Bobcats drops Henderson all the way out of the SAD Top 200, as the second-to-last undrafted player who averaged 15 or more points last season. Hitting age 26 in December, he’ll be somewhat of a luxury on an Injection team with similarly talented wings. More often, he’ll be deployed at shooting guard, where his relative height, speed, and defensive intensity will be welcome against taller and rangier opposing guards. His presence along the perimeter will allow Andrei Kirilenko to direct his defensive talents mostly on opposing frontcourt players and as a helper at the rim. Henderson gets overzealous with his help defense, but on the Bobcats there is usually help needed all across the floor. He’ll be able to stay to his assigned man more often on the Injections. His 1.0 blocks and 0.5 steals per game were career highs despite a slight drop in minutes played from the prior season. Offensively, he’s very good at cutting to the basket and making a limited number of shots at the elbows. He is very decisive on screens, wasting little time once he receives the ball with either a jumpshot or a drive to the rim. He’s never been a great three-point shooter, but he did connect on a career high 33 percent last season. Similarly, he’s not a proficient passer, but achieved a career-high 2.6 assists per game while reducing his turnovers from the previous season. Gerald also breached 80 percent on free throw shooting (82 percent) for the first time in his four-year career. Kemba Walker and Henderson formed one of the highest-scoring backcourts in the league last season, a value that will only go higher now that Walker can be paired with any one of Henderson, Gordon Hayward, or Bradley Beal. Henderson adds a lot of flexibility at the wing positions for Coach McHale, and even in a bench role, he’ll be much harder to ignore going forward. LETHAL INJECTIONS 2K13PG – Kemba Walker/Mo WilliamsSG – Bradley Beal/Martell Webster/Gerald HendersonSF – Gordon Hayward/Andrei KirilenkoPF – LaMarcus Aldridge/Tristan ThompsonC – DeMarcus Cousins/Emeka OkaforHead Coach: Kevin McHale The peerless MrNique has been PM’d. ~lw3 Edited July 20, 2013 by lethalweapon3

Dang! I considered taking him with my last pick, thinking that someone was going to take him before I could pick again. Low and behold, that happened. I should have taken him and then let Fournier slip to my next pick.

LucastheThird
Sorry, thought I had longer to make my pick. I select Austin Daye of the Memphis Grizzlies. A simple matchup nightmare for most benches in this league, I can play him at either the 3 or the 4 positions; and he has a skill set that allows him to take advantage of both situations. Wait....that's another stretch forward......my god, I am Billy Knight Dolphin already knows he's on the clock Edited July 20, 2013 by alejandro09

Admin
With the 207th pick, in the 2013 HawkSquawk Summer Dynasty Draft, The Dolfan Dynasty selects:Darren Collison, PG - 6' 160 lbs In the 12th round you cannot do a whole lot better than a backup PG, and son of 2 elite track stars, who can distribute and shoot the ball as well as Collison. He's spent parts of his career backing up Chris Paul and will do very well in a similar role backing up my superstar PG Derrick Rose, as well as being more than capable of starting just in case it's needed or if we decide to play Rose at SG at times. Last year Collison had a TS% of .575 while also picking up 5.6 win shares, which are both tremendous numbers for a player being taken in the 12th round here. The guy is arguably the most under appreciated PG in the league but that won't be the case in the Dynasty here because the guy is a winner and he's going to help us win while also making a nice mentor and role model for CJ McCollum. http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=p6lqY_FWZCQCurrent TeamPG - Derrick Rose / Darren Collison / CJ McCollumSG - Kawhi Leonard / Tony AllenSF - Paul Pierce / Danny GrangerPF - David West / Kelly Olynyk / Nerlens NoelC - Andre Drummond / Kelly Olynyk / Andrew BynumThe Malfomed MaceCase's will be PM'd

MaceCase
Someone has the great honor of doing overnight inventory on this wonderful evening so sorry if I let my avid post followers down with this blasé reply. The Magna Cases are thrilled to announce that MIKE BÜDENHÖLZER has been hired as head coach, assistant GM, and Vice President of basketball operations. With a team filled with rising young talent and plucky vets off the bench, we felt that Baby Pop would be the perfect player developer, tactician and strategist to help our players realize their full potential on their way to pure dominance. He has already been in contact with our players and they are excited to get to work with him and memorize his playbook.I will inform you all of when I figure out how to PM Alex on my phone.
