Sure seems like it, save for maybe the Warriors game at least. Just a [censored] shame that we dont know how to finish the game though...........however that is a sign of a young growing team and even though we have vets most of these guys are young to this system and to playing team basketball together so maybe as the season goes on we will learn to finish out these close games.

3rd quarters kill the Hawks, night after night, game

after game. Why? Do teams make adjustments at the

half and the Hawks don't?

Let's watch tonight and see if we can figure it out.

Sometimes, it happens when the 3rd starts, sometimes

near the end of the 3rd, but as sure as night follows day,

for the past 3 season under 3 different coaches, it

always seems to happen.

This was going on before Lennie W. left and has not abated.

The last time it happened --11/91 -- the "Human

Highlight" was the leading scorer for the Hawks !!!

Wow! That was a while back, wasn't it!! Finally, Hawks

break the spell and win their second road game on this

trip.

Dion Glover, remember him? He done good tonight!

SAR and Theo did too, as well as the stop by JV on the

last play.

Two turnovers to start the 3rd and that was it for the

"Terrible 3rd" and after that, Hawks played good, sound

ball. Tonight, they rebounded, too!
