Then reading the comments on YouTube and people are claiming that the cop is a white dude.... uhh wrong he's clearly Mexican or Hispanic of some origin but unless you're from the south you might not recognize that I guess. Definitely more to this than what was taped as I see no reason for him to be arrested unless he said something to the cop.
