Kyle Korver is the most underrated offensive player in the entire NBA. Ok, that’s hyperbole, but its attention grabbing. And it’s true enough that I feel perfectly comfortable making a case for him as one of the most if not the most underrated.

He really is the perfect player for Team USA...he would play off the star players and just recieve their passes...he would light up the other teams from 3 because he would probably always be open

This is very cool, didn't realize he was invited. Makes sense though and that the coaches are looking beyond recorded stats. Korver moves so much without the ball and that is huge.

Korver will be a zone buster, with all the screens he runs off who will be able to guard him from opposing teams?I hope he makes the final squad.

Having a shooter like Korver as the last man on the roster in international play would be much more useful than someone like Iguodala, IMO. You can have your starters play good two-way basketball and you need your end of the bench guys to bring some strategically significant specialization to the table. Floor spacing fits that profile. I can't imagine how easy the international line would be for a guy who can shoot the ball like Korver.

It's not like he just stands in the corner behind the three point line

and waits for something to happen. He's constantly in motion and

not just easing around. Must drive the defensive coach for our

opponents crazy trying to contain him.
