I wish he'd stay being the right-hand-man and all, but who am I to tell someone turn down a bigger oppurtunity and more money. I would think living in Atlanta as opposed to Salt Lake City is reason enough to stay, but eh.

Totally agree with this. Both are beautiful but Calif has the ocean and not the Salt Lake. Which is amazing to swim in, can't really swim, but you float like a balloon.

Not that Snyder doesn't have a great resume but when they are picking off assistants on your staff after year one then something is going right.
