swolehawk2
Uhhhh...didn't we win just as much when SAR was getting doubled the year before than we did when Dog supposedly drawing out the defense. If you are comparing Niques offense with Big Dogs offense...then we should stop talking...Dog has never avg. more than 23 pts.....you act as if Dog is a scoring machine....hey guess what Nique scored more than Dog and played better defense ...if stats are what u are after look at Niques steals and blocks ......while he was carrying his team offensively...Dog has yet to carry a team like Nique did. [censored] if Nique would have played with talent like ray and sam we would have won a championship. Nique did more than score. The 6-8 forward, who concluded his NBA career with 26,668 points, is the eighth all-time leading scorer in league history and his 24.8 career scoring average is 11th on the all-time charts. Wilkins' 23,292 points with the Hawks are the franchise's best, and he ranks second overall in team history in steals (1,245), sixth in assists (2,322) and fifth in blocked shots (592). On January 13, 2000, Wilkins achieved the highest individual team honor possible when he became the third player in club history to have his uniform number (#21) retired, joining Hawks legends Bob Pettit and Lou Hudson. Please don't ever mention Nique and Big Dog in the same breath again...thank you kindly.

Traceman
him on the other teams best perimeter scorer? No one has ever accused Glover of being a great defender. That being said, if Glover is the one that Stotts has been matching up with the other team's best scorer, there must be a reason. Either Stotts is an idiot or Jax is no better of a defender than Glover. I think its the latter.
Playmaker0017
Trace, If you watched tonights game, you would realize that it is the latter. They started Dion on Redd, and Redd heated up. Then they switched Jackson to him and put Dion on Strickland. We see how that turned out. The real question is... why does Dion even start? We KNOW he is a bench player... why make him into something he is not? Play.
Traceman
now. NONE of them are getting the job done. This team is a mess and I don't think there is anything our current collection of guys can do to change it. As for Glove, it certainly can't HURT to give Diaw a shot to start. I don't think it will make any difference in the win column but at least it will give Diaw a chance to start developing his game more. We are going nowhere fast. We might as well see what we have for the future.
