Guest
I'm sure Pop would love to finally have back to back championships. Diaw is an essential piece to accomplish that. Unless he gets a really big offer he'll be back there.
Nicholasp27
I dont see him leaving SA unless someone breaks the bank for him. If he did, it would be to play with BUD Remember, a lot of the spurs would have atlanta as second choice because of their relationship with BUD and the system
NJHAWK
Diaw resigns with Spurs. 3 years 22mil. A little high but he just does so much.
benhillboy
Diaw resigns with Spurs. 3 years 22mil. A little high but he just does so much. Watching the Summer League, and Isiah broke down pretty well why Pop went with Bonner to take Ibaka away from the hoop to turn the series against OKC, then Diaw to excel in the PNR versus the automatic Miami traps. He's getting paid like he's twice as athletic and 10 years younger than he is. After the Finals he had though, he fully deserves it, proud of the old Hawk. Without Pop and RC, he'd be overseas maybe, making a mill?

Guest
Wooow - $7mil? Deng sees that a 32 yr old Diaw gets that, no wonder he's asking $12 mil.
Admin
Damn that's a lot of cheese for Diaw at this point. Not good for our negotiations.
