Wow !

He is older then I am. He has to be the oldest Summer League Player ever.

I'll never forget the 2nd round playoff series where the Knicks ran Mookie and Smitty off the floor...............Crawford was our only guy who could run with those Knicks.

Did he go play in Europe ? He was a pretty good player when healthy. The Euro style of 1 game per week was made for his body type.

Holy smit. Talk about not giving up on your dream. That cat made some money off of one good playoff quarter. It would be like giving Mike Scott a 7 years deal after his quarter vs Indiana.

(bump!)

It is funny they have to make it clear it's THAT guy, with the "'97" part.

My guess is that whoever the techie is charged with posting the rosters is selecting from a menu... and on that particular day, he couldn't find his reading glasses.

If Crawford is the same age as I am, he ain't making a comeback. At 35, maybe, but 39 is an entire other monster.

I don't know. I am as ready to play NBA now as I was at 25.
