Are we paying the price for the Julio Jones trade?

Julio Jones is a top 3 receiver in this league no doubt but are we paying the price now for giving up all of those drafts picks to get him? We need talent on both sides of the ball in the worst way.

At this point to me it's less about the picks we gave up at that time.

They just haven't scouted and evaluated the players properly and bad FA signings.

Dimitroff has never attempted to draft a bonafide pass rusher.

I like Dimitroff, but if he were fired I wouldn't be too dissppointed. His career here has had some hits (Matt, Tony G, Julio, Devin), but his track record on D is simply too mistake-filled. Bell on 92.9 said Thomas cannot be in charge of another draft due to his lack of second round success, and I totally agree.

When you see bona fide front players going crazy elsewhere that we could've looked at (Ware, McClain, Dumervill) yet bring in guys no one was crazy about in the Ray Edwards, Osis, and Pay Angerers of the world, that's totally unacceptable when you have a "Blank" checkbook. The Stephen Jackson move might be the deathnail, dude is awful. Why the f$&k is he always hopping as soon as he gets the ball!!!
