No Al Horford kind of reminded me of the intensity and fire we had when we played the Pacers in the Playoffs. This was a nice team win.

Pass first Point Guard for an NBA team.  Must be capable of getting the ball to "Bigs" in decent positions.  No selfishness.  Willing to trade a shoot first PG who was MVP of a recent All-Star game.  All reasonable offers considered.  Contact: "Ownership @ Cleveland/Cavaliers Basketball Club.

 

Minimum offer would be a 1967 Volkswagon (with good tires) and capspace.

ESPN has a nice writeup about the game, how Millsap carried the Hawks late

in the game,  Lots and lots of words about The King missing the game.

 

Oh, nothing was mentioned about Horford being out, as if that didn't matter.

Yep G-M...Paul Millsap really did keep us in there...Korver and others helped too...but Millsap saved our as_es...IMO.

yip Irving is not a good point guard ..he is a good player and scorer but point guard .. No ... He can't run the show ...he is to me first. It works for Westbrook but it doesn't for Irving.

..Thing is, we aren't even close to the All-Star break yet.  Still, all these wins we are accumulating are numbers in our book that will count later on.  We could have easily dropped the 2nd game in Milwaukee and dropped this one as well.

 

Being an amateur mathematician I realize that games won now mean just as much as games won later in the season.
