Premium Member SalvorMallow Posted April 26, 2015 Premium Member Report Share Posted April 26, 2015 Missed it. Who? Kevin love was put in a standing arm bar by Kelly Olynyk. Love ran to the locker room immediately after the play.

MaceCase
See if I can get this post in before this gets moved but the Cavs are dumb as f***. This is what happens when Lebron is the most professional player on your team. You're gifted with being the hunted, the front runners, the favorites that can do no wrong and get the benefit of the doubt on everything yet you choose to resort to thuggery? It's like they are daring Silver to do something because they feel so entitled. So this plays out either one of two ways, they are proven right and the whole cast and crew are grinning from ear to ear during pregame intros next series after maybe a token suspension or Silver has to make an example out of them to allay any questions of favoritism. DJlaysitup
Kevin Love is pretty much the Cav's only big who can shoot well enough from the perimeter to force one of the Bulls' bigs to play D out on the perimeter and not cheat inside. IMO this could allow CHI to clog the lane more and reduce the slashing easy baskets. If this is the type of injury it looked like - this could really change the dynamic for the CLE v CHI series. If I remember right it was Love's left shoulder, so if nothing was torn he may be able to come back and it may not effect his shooting quite so much...we will see. Admin capstone21 Posted April 26, 2015 Admin Report Share Posted April 26, 2015 Oth plays were dirty ... Jr smith is a real dirtbag anyway so I expect nothing less from him The Love play looked really dirty like olynak was really tripping to pull his arm out of socket. Looked really painful
Plainview1981
Love a terrible defender and so it remains to be seen how bad this actually hurts Cleveland.
DJlaysitup
Love a terrible defender and so it remains to be seen how bad this actually hurts Cleveland. Not a great defender by any means...but a serious scorer and rebounder. It certainly won't make the Bulls the favorites against the Cavs IMO, but it will change the dynamic and reduce CLE's options. As you said - it remains to be seen how this works out. Bummer for Love.

Plainview1981
What? Bosh? ...is he suddenly on the Cleveland Cavaliers or are you just in a different world? I should have said *was* a better 3rd option. I don't think Love has been very valuable to the Cavs this season. That's the point.
