The mobile chat is now FIXED

I'm not going to bore you all with the details and instead am going to blame it on my alter ego Bro Lo El Cunado for why it wasn't working before. However, the mobile chat is now fixed and the link in the header works once more.

@Spud2Nique unfortunately the chat database isn't large enough for that.  It's got that in common with @kg01
