and 3 more than the Pacers. of the East top 4, we are in good shape. Heat probably got a rough schedule with lot of road games before long, only having played 9 on the road to our 14..need to keep on winning! but Teague really needs to step up for us to beat tougher opponents.

I've finally learned to stop panicking every time he takes a hard hit or spill.  He just pops up like he's made of rubber.

Glad we're taking care of this soft stretch though.  We need Detroit to edge Miami tonight, then we have ample motivation to beat them tomorrow and be sitting pretty in 2nd as we enjoy watching the Bulls and Cavs suffer Ls on Chrimbus.  

Hopefully Hubie does one of those games and his usual "nobody's talking about them but watch out for those Hawks in second place, now" discussions.  He's likely the only person at ESPN who knows how grueling our early schedule was.

I think I know the reason for Jeff to let Portland come back. With the lead back in single digits, nobody could say Jeff played garbage minutes after Dennis decided the game...
