IheartVolt
Can we please move on from this diva bitch Alice Whoreford now? Every day that goes by since his exit it becomes more clear about how soft and selfish the guy is. He is not even worth ranting about anymore at this point. The mask is off and it is looking like more and more like a Hollywood attention whore then an NBA player. So let's move on and just accept that I was right about Mr. Softy all along and watch a real NBA quality center do some work! Please no more Whoreford threads! Rant off!

I think as the world becomes more aware of how deep and long the treachery has gone on, it does and rightly should bother the fans of Hawks nation. Let us have our time of anger. Realizing that Al had been talking to Isaiah Thomas since the Allstar break and that he had a deal in place with OKC before signing with Boston. We need to be frustrated . We've all listened to @NBASupes praise everything that Al does for the last 8 years. Now it's time for fans to know the truth. Al was never with us. He mailed it in. He looked made other deals and now he's using any and everything as a scapegoat to dirty our fine organization in an effort to keep his hands clean. We need to feel the pain of being victimized so that we can be thankful for the guys that we have. Loyal guys. And even some of those who have gone on (DMC). Moreover, this awakening point for us as a fanbase also comes with a renewed vigor. Our new call.. that this team that we have now is better in various ways than what we had before. Finally we have guys who are not afraid. Now we have guys who are not soft. Now we have guys who will speak the "C" word and mean it. No more do we have a leader with an attitude that he's just glad to be considered amoung the best.. Now we have a group of guys who want to be THE BEST. Hawks fans have earned the right to say F--- Alice. They have earned the right to be mad throughout this week. They have earned the right to spew their vitriol for a year that was wasted because we had a selfish player who was more interested in lining his pockets than he was in winning a championship. We all saw it. Those 1 rebound efforts were not based on design, they were just a show that Alice was not committed to this team, this city, or this fanbase. As I said before Good Riddance!!

Personally I feel his destination and the way he screwed up our cap flexibility are the worst parts. The poor PR is just some extra salt on top.

Plain and simple.

That's not what you're seeing here. What you're seeing is people's reaction to a player leaving poorly. Ol' contrary asz Duff-Man ....

But that's just it - people are handling it - they're ranting to their hearts content. I've gotten over the disappointment of him leaving, an I've moved on but this is still fun reading fan reactions. What else is there to do? And let me add - a lot of times it's not WHAT you do but HOW?
TheNorthCydeRises
Nothing we can do about it now. Wish he would've stayed, but sometimes we have to move on. Regardless of how people are feeling now, I'll never forget this game. I'm not going to let his departure take this memory away from me. He's gone. Let's hope Dwight takes us to a higher level.
