New Picture?

I can't speak for anybody else.   However, since we're getting a new refocused Dwight, can we get a new picture to welcome him to Hawksquawk?  I look at the picture and I think, that's a caricature.   My hope is that the old silly Dwight is gone and we should welcome him with a reflection of the more mature, refocus Dwight that he is trying to be.  I don't know if I have the just right photograph but what about This one?

I like the flexing Dwight.  I think he should stay there until the season begins, then it can be replaced with a team picture or cheerleaders.  Who doesn't like cheerleaders?
