Recently, with severe drought conditions here in Western North Carolina

and North Georgia, we have no rain in sight.  What we do have is fire.

Thousands and thousands of acres of mountain land has and is burning.

We have fire fighters from all over the USA here, fighting to contain the fires.

Smoke, like an early morning fog, has been severe for many days.

I say all this to bring my thoughts around to the naming of our bench players.

Seeing the hundreds and hundreds of firefighters has inspired this name:

"THE FIRE BRIGADE!"

This is my entry.  Keep coming with all of yours.  I'm loving it!!

^Stay strong up there, GM! We've been catching some of the early morning smoke all the way down here in the city all this week, and can only imagine how hectic stuff is further north in the mountains.
