Jack might not be great, but even at his worst he is still better than Delaney. MD is not an NBA player.

He is in over his head as a starter, but if he can produce 10/4 off the bench on decent shooting it would be a major upgrade.

Was he signed to a 10-day previously?  You can only do 2 IIRC before the team has to sign you the rest of year.
