That's a cheap deal for this day and age. I'm wondering though about Moose at center. If JohnCo ain't quite ready, is Moose actually the starting PF on our tank squad?

at 5 per that is a good contract.   He played really well for us at times last season and others not so much.  Its a role player salary and I think he earned it.

$5M per year for 2 years isn't a killer but Moose has done zero to excite me about his return other than do a bang up job celebrating other people's 3pt shots.

No - it doesn't mean that Muscala was the last signing done. It just means that we should technically send his official signing to the league office last because of his cap hold. We still have 3 roster spots to fill I believe.

Nah, it's not THAT bad. (Yet!) hawksfanatic is saying when it comes to formally announcing Moose's deal, it'll take a minute as they need to announce other signings first for cap reasons.

Yep..probably plans on resigning Lamar Patterson, Kelly, and someone off our summer league team if Bud is still giving his 2 cents

Virtual universal applause from all I'm reading on Twitter for this signing... not a lot of ways you can spend $5m and get more production, in reality in this environment. Even taking into account the flaws of the player, THIS is an exceptional deal.
