thecampster
Minor point of order here. Everyone here has heard our "trades/signings" are official today. But that may not be true. The moratorium is lifted at 11:01 AM today. After that moment, the NBA starts processing deals in the order they were received, not the order they were they were announced. Once teams agree, they have to draw up official trade documents (contracts) to submit to the league. Some are more complicated than others and we only see the main details in news bits. But these are complicated. Once done, they are sent to the league office where they are placed in processing where they wait until today. They are processed ine at a time as the league must make sure you meet the current salary, roster and cba requirements for each. So the order they are processed matters. One in, one out. Could be a while before all of our official announcements and they may happen out of order on purpose. Then it will take a day or 2 for the cap sites to catch up. No freaking out!!!
