This is good for Trae. Dude can’t read the headlines. That’s how he is playing. Bucks more aggressive on PnR but he wants to make these splash plays instead of making the right read. No need to go 40-10 again. 20-20 will win the game tonight.

This is their major adjustment.  Hawks just have to learn and adjust.

Fight as hard as you can to get the game back respectable, and see what happens.

 

Bucks scored 43 points in that quarter.  We scored 17.

We'll need at least a 35 - 21 quarter to get back within some sort of fringe striking range.

Worst half of basketball since Nate took over. Unfortunately its the best way to teach and refocus a young team. Milwaukee was soft game 1. Not tonight. We got caught sleeping.

Never thought I'd see Trae scared to shoot his floater. Even when he turned the corner on Jrue, he seemed to refuse to shoot. More often he just turned it over.

Well...that escalated quickly.  

Nothing looked right or went right for the Hawks, especially Trae.

I'm not even mad. The Bucks had to show better than what they did in Game 1. I would like the Hawks to be more poised though. Don't fold under the defensive pressure or let them speed you up. The Knicks and especially the 76ers tried the same thing so I though the Hawks would've reacted better by now. They'll be better in the 2nd half. Unfortunately, 32 point is a huge deficit to come back from.

He's gonna see, it's hard to make an impact in the playoffs. You gotta move, he did a good job of that and missed a dunk but that's what you need to do. Get in scoring position and make the defense work.

Yeah but you can tell they are trying to go after him all of the time and they are hitting on half of their threes as well.  But one thing I see, that Hawks can crawl back in if they remember who they are.
