That's just him trying to satisfy people by not taking shots quick in the offense.

The opposing team LOVE when they can limit Trae from going into attack mode.

why the hell are they collapsing and leaving shooters open after every drive? its ridiculous. sometimes the big is already in great position but we have our perimeter guys cheating off ball stuck in no mans land leaving their guy open. the defense isn't going to be fixed until that get addressed ASAP

That's how they are being coached. Jent needs to change his philosophy. These guys are programmed to sink down and show a crowd. Teams know this and are not only finding open shooters, but the shooters are ready with confidence as soon as they see their defender leave. Shift over to the passing window, catch it clean and let it fly.

Every team has unlocked this strategy against our defense. 

We keep preaching effort but guys need to know from the coaches that they can stay home on shooters.

He is 87.5% for the season.   That percentage will nosedive after tonight.

This team hasn’t had good rhythm or chemistry all year.  Not very fun to watch.
