Hops? With a 31 in MAX vertical? That's worse than as Edey(31.5).. lol

Zaccharie Risacher’s underwhelming vert numbers (9th percentile Vert Score), bring his overall Combine Score out to 14.9

I am not citing his European combine numbers. I am referring to his game tape. The dude can jump.

Is that why he missed like 11 dunks this year?

Same here. He just seems like he'll be an average player.

I agree. I am hoping that the hawks are just using him as bait to get someone to trade with them. I’d be so disappointed if we draft him. We absolutely have to come out of this draft with a big or trade out for another star to pair with Trae.

We can’t screw this up. But again, I think there is a possibility that we over think this.

Why did you feel the need to mention his race? Just curious.

to describe him physically so someone could help me figure out his first name and/or know who I'm talking about.

Why do you always assume everything is about race? Just curious.

Do you typically use race as an identifier when describing people? That's fine I guess, it's within your purview to do that I suppose.

No - only when I can't remember their name so it helps others to know who I'm talking about with a physical description.

This conversation sucks. Is this how you hang with your chums?

NOW - answer my question.

Quite the opposite my friend, Im a believer in post-racialism, it's my hope the entire antiquated concept of race will eventually be a relic of the past.

Then maybe you should stop assuming everything is about race if you want it to be a relic of the past. You're just drawing attention to to it. I thought nothing of it other than a description of the person. It's ok if a person is white, just like it's ok if a person is black. There is nothing wrong with that.

I disagree with your statement in regards to me, but I don't want to derail the thread so I'm going to drop it.

I think some psychological issues were at play, but what’s holding him back on the court with Quin is his slow processing.  Quin wants you to get the ball and either shoot or attack.  He wants it done before the defense has time to set.  Griffin by nature is more of a probe and feel mindset.   He has to speed up his decision making process.

Mental health was obviously an issue last  year if reports are to be believed but I don't see any indication they were a factor when Quin removed him from the rotation after taking over mid-season.  I saw something his rookie year and still have hope the talent is very real.

There were reports he had some psychological issues in high school. Hopefully he bounces back and doesn't end up a cautionary tale.

Nate’s offense was much slower paced and not as complex as Quin’s.

Just saying that would be a performance issue that prevents him from succeeding (at least in the short-term) as opposed to an off-the-court issue.  Also, Quin didn't make big changes to the offense right away even though he pulled AJ from the rotation right away.  He might also just not be as impressed with Griffin.
